Update composer.json to reflect upgraded external library version dependency.

External library codementality/flysystem-stream-wrapper has been fixed, and a new version tag has been created.

This issue is to track fixes to the composer.json file for both 2.2.x and 2.3.x, so that the correct external library tag will be pulled in on composer update and composer install.
