Update Drupal core from ~11.3.0 to ~11.4.0 in the Varbase Heroslider Media module (1.1.x)

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 11.4.0 stable was released on 1 Jul 2026 by catch: https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/releases/11.4.0

The Varbase Heroslider Media module on the 1.1.x branch (used by Varbase 10.1.x) currently pins Drupal core to ~11.3.0 (see Composer version constraints), so it cannot be installed or updated on Drupal 11.4.x. Related: Drupal core release schedule.

Steps to reproduce

On a Drupal 11.4.0 site, install/update Varbase Heroslider Media from the 1.1.x branch: it is blocked because varbase_heroslider.info.yml and composer.json require ~11.3.0.

Proposed resolution

Update the Drupal core constraint from ~11.3.0 to ~11.4.0 on the 1.1.x branch in composer.json (drupal/core) and varbase_heroslider.info.yml (core_version_requirement).
