Problem/Motivation

The 2.0.x branch of this theme is designed to work on a Drupal CMS install that includes Canvas. As such, it would be helpful to have at least a basic set of components that could be used to build custom layouts.

Proposed resolution

Examine what is available in the Mercury theme and provide a basic set of layout components.
