Improve RTL support for Drupal Canvas and layout behavior with logical CSS properties and alignment labels in Vartheme BS5

Problem/Motivation

Drupal Canvas layouts do not fully support right to left languages, and some alignment labels are not clear for editors.

Proposed resolution

Improve right to left support by using logical CSS properties, and make the alignment labels clearer in the Canvas editor.
