Switch from custom Varbase Dashboard icon to the Dashboard block icon, which was messing

Problem/Motivation

The Dashboard module issue
#3529744: Dashboard icon missing from Navigation
has been fixed, committed, and released.

With the introduction of the new Drupal Icon API, the Dashboard block now provides a proper, standardized icon. The custom Varbase Dashboard icon is no longer necessary and creates redundancy.

Proposed resolution

• Remove the custom Varbase Dashboard icon
• Rely on the Dashboard block icon provided by the Dashboard module via the new Drupal Icon API
• #3563972: Add Navigation Dashboard icon block to the Navigation layout block in Varbase Admin default recipe
• Aligns Varbase with Drupal CMS and contributed module standards
• Reduces maintenance overhead
• Avoids icon duplication
• Ensures consistent icon usage across the admin UI
