/admin/structure/forum page has error

Error: Call to a member function getEntityTypeId() on null in Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityForm->getBaseFormId() (line 70 of /var/www/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/EntityForm.php).

Steps to reproduce

Just install end enable forum on Drupal 11.3. Navigate to /admin/structure/forum

This error was before this issue. I think needs to fix it in separate issue
