Proposed resolution

• Add Edit Media Entity in Modal plugin configuration to basic_html and full_html editors
• Import the default settings for Edit Media Entity in Modal in the default Varbase Editor recipe
• Hook update to change them, only if not already configured or empty.
• Change drupal/edit_media_modal to ~2.1.0 in the composer.json file. Not to use the old ~2.0.0 versions.
• #3555623: InvalidConfigException in varbase_ai_install() when processing recipes with missing media_edit_media_modal configuration
