Now that we have added the default and table adjustment field formatters, we should provide another one.

The default displays a delimited list of adjustments. Table displays it in a prettier table.

In some cases, especially in a report, a simple total of the adjustments is preferred.

This provides an adjustments total field formatter that sums up the adjustments instead.
