Can't delete an existing chart (a field chart in a custom bundle), direct db wrangling is the only way to go AFAIK

IMHO should exist a delete button somewhere :-)

@rmorelli - sorry for the delay. Does this fix it for you? You either have to not add any configuration into the chart field or remove any config that you've added (categories, rows data, column data).
