Problem/Motivation
The core project node lists four different releases. We use the short descriptions to help people decide which to choose, but this does not really give people all the information they need. It's tricky to balance usability concerns of not overloading the page with text against helping people understand what the different releases are each for.
Proposed resolution
Include a link to the release process overview handbook page, which explains which each of the release types are.
Remaining tasks
NR.
User interface changes
Added sentence and link on the core project node above the download button.

xjmIt's hard to tell from the feature source, but based on the fact that the existing string seems to appear only on the core node and not on a couple other projects I selected at random, I think this will change only the core project node.

gábor hojtsyText looks fine. For reference it would appear once at this place, where I drew the jiggly lines.
