Proposed resolution

Move to follow with CKSource methods for managing CKEditor 5 Plugin Pack and CKEditor 5 Premium Features

• Change drupal/ckeditor5_plugin_pack to ~1.4.0 in the composer.json file.
• Remove drupal/ckeditor5_premium_features from the composer.json file, as drupal/ckeditor5_plugin_pack is requiring it.
