Change Varbase AI default recipe to only configure AI settings for flexible recipes management

Problem/Motivation

• Having AI alt and AI Editor actions in the default Varbase AI recipe.
• Paving the way for more flexible AI Recipes management.

Proposed resolution

• Add "version": "1.0.x-dev" in the composer.josn file.
• Move AI Alt actions and permissions to the Varbase AI Image Alt recipe
• Move AI Editor Actions and permissions to the Varbase AI Editor Assistant recipe
