Remove repositories, minimum-stability, prefer-stable from composer.json file for Vartheme Claro

• Having repositories in the in the composer.josn

Proposed resolution

• Remove "repositories", "minimum-stability": "dev",, and "prefer-stable": true,. from the composer.josn file.
• Move libraries to Varbase Libraries
