This plugin uses an external CKEditor5 library: Anchor Link CKEditor plugin
It is required in the module. No need to require it anymore.

Installation

Require the CKEditor Anchor Link module

composer require drupal/anchor_link:~3.0

Enable the Anchor Link module with Drush

drush en anchor_link
