REST Example not in toolbar [#3512169]

Problem/Motivation

I can't see REST Example aside others enabled in toolbar.

Steps to reproduce

* enable REST Example submodule
* find it on Example toolbar

Proposed resolution

add
'rest_example' => 'rest_example.getting_started',
in examples.module:144
