Problem/Motivation

When upgrading to Drupal 10.3.10 I started receiving a WSOD relating to a template being undefined. I have noticed this seems to have been converted to a SDC in core.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Upgrade to Drupal 10.3.10
  2. Install Gin 3.0.0-rc14
  3. Set Gin as admin theme
  4. Go to admin page

Please do not use the navigation topbar, we're going to hide it in the next Core release until it reaches a beta state.
