Problem/Motivation

In case contexts have no value when building a slot, their cachabel metadata is not added correctly. This might be relate to not initializing the contexts correctly.

Steps to reproduce

* Place a slot on a global layout
* Create a slot content with a content type condition
* Go to a node which does not belong to the selected condition
* The slot content won't be shown on the content type it should be displayed now
