Easy Breadcrumb is included in the Drupal CMS install. When Easy Breadcrumb (and honey pot) install in Drupal CMS, it adds a yellow status message to the configure screen which isn't super helpful.

When this help text was added, the method for installing modules was only either in the browser, or via Composer command line, and in both cases it's super not clear what the next step is after installing modules, so I found the help message useful. But, these days very few modules have help text on install.

Given that, I think we should remove the help text on install. What do y'all think?
