Testing steps:
- Edit any view with VBO field added, edit the VBO field
- Enable confirmation step for any action, assert that confirmation text textarea appears
- Enter some text in the confirmation text textarea
- Save field and view settings
- Go to the view, select some items, select the action with confirmation step enabled
- On the confirmation screen the entered help text should show
- Also check a confirmation step with empty help text

It would also be really helpful to be able to modify the title (as well as the descriptive text) on the confirmation screen.
