Problem/Motivation

There are a couple of menu integration improvements, we should make:

  • Fences Presets: Link settings page in info.yml.
  • Move "/admin/structure/fences-presets" to "/admin/config/user-interface/fences/fences-presets".
  • Move "/admin/config/content/fences" to "/admin/config/user-interface/fences/presets".
