Build image using Github source until it until GA
Use the same base image as 8.3-ubuntu-apache

Remaining tasks

- figure out which options we can get rid of in previous versions
- update image as any extensions will be removed

Deprecated option configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-kerberos

Also it removes libkrb5-dev and adds bison to build from source

Using ./buildconf to create configure
