Title: Fix CI » Gitlab CI

Thanks for letting me use this issue for testing Gitlab Templates MRs. It is particularly helpful as this project is currently pinned at DRUPAL_CORE: "10.3.10" so it tests things with "current" as D10 not D11.

The branch 3436955-testing-gitlab-templates-mr is used to point to a gitlab tempates MR. Currently testing MR304 on #3492697: Update Stylelint formatter for Stylelint 16

This branch can be re-used for future testing.
