Add ckeditor5-stylesheets: false to old Vartheme BS5 1.0.x to ease with updates

Problem/Motivation

Vartheme is loading CKEditor5 stylesheets on all admin pages, we need to limit that and set it to False since CKEditor5 is no longer loaded in an iframe.

Steps to reproduce

Observe the theme specifications on the admin pages after upgrading to drupal 10 and vartheme_bs5.

Proposed resolution

Set ckeditor5-stylesheets: false
