Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\RouteNotFoundException: Route "privatemsg.complain_form" does not exist. in Drupal\Core\Routing\RouteProvider->getRouteByName() (line 206 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/RouteProvider.php).

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to view a message thread that you are not the author of, throws this error.

Proposed resolution

Remove reference to non-existent form/route.
