Fix PHP CS, Composer normalize, PHP MND, YAML lint.

Ignoring PHPStan for now. Let's do it on max level on UI Patterns 2.
Ignoring PHP CS Fixer because wanting to force strict_type and I don't think UI Patterns 1 is ready for that.
