The “Display title” field for quicklinks should (almost) always be checked. If it is not checked then the field does not display properly. Either this field should be checked by default, or we should ignore it and always display the title.

Also:
The google translate menu should display in the mobile menu on camps but it does not.
Rename "Camp Landing Page" to "Camp Subpage"
