Drupal 10 claro media library Add media button still shows

Problem/Motivation

As stated above, the Add media button still displays when we've reached the limit. If we try to add another media, the media library modal pops up and we don't know anything is wrong until we try to insert the media item. At this point, the modal is closed, a second media item is not added and there is no clear indication what has occurred. Maybe related, in the console log I see

[USO] Button detection aborting due to timeout.
