Change Drupal support to ~10.1.0 for the Varbase Dashboards module

Moving support to Drupal ~10.1.0 and above.

Proposed resolution

On the 1.0.x branch:

• Change core_version_requirement to ~10.1.0 in .info.yml file(s).
• Change drupal/core to ~10.1.0 in composer.josn file.
• Change minimal nodejs engines to >= 18.0
