Hi Dieuwe,

I believe we shouldn't postpone this release - despite the fact that 9.5.9 isn't marked as security release it has a security fix in it. Check out the Important changes in this release section:

laminas/laminas-diactoros has been forked to fix a security issue

I can prepare patch/merge request if you are keen.
