Problem/Motivation

Entity Delete Log configuration page located in the main configuration menu, is seems that it is not the best place for the configuration form.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Entity Delete Log module
2. Install Toolbar module
3. Check the Configuration menu

Proposed resolution

I think that the best place for the configuration for this module - Content Authoring subsection of the configuration section.

User interface changes

Configuration form location at the menu changed.

Start within a Git clone of the project using the version control instructions.
