There is an issue during the theme installation with the latest patch updates in the main distro: Webform has been placed like a block on the 404 page using a non-existent plugin that is no longer added via a patch. To avoid such dependency let's put Webform directly to the 404-page template via Twig Tweak like an embedded entity.
