Single level sub-menu that displays within a branch page (and sub-pages) that allows users to drill down to additional content specific to that branch.

Assumption:
Branch menu items should only link to pages that are specific to that branch location (i.e. not linked back to the main association website)
Make “Home” link text optional for front end display, so that content editors can leave it out to save space.

Constraint:
Branch menu will be limited to a single level
Allow for a maximum of 6 links in the Branch menu
