This is not ECA specific, but our use case would be to write ECA models that directly push messages to available channels like Mattermost or OneSignal.

Getting the output Entity can not be rendered: Cannot load the "node" entity with NULL ID.

Solved the rendering issue by setting the node into preview mode.
