Proposed resolution

• Change drupal/page_manager to ~4.0 in the composer.json file
• As PageManagerEvents::PAGE_CONTEXT was introduced in #3297800: Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes the patch for #2665328: Fix Variants take entity label, not the variant title is no longer needed
