Set min and max values for time slots based on Event Details values

Problem/Motivation

The latest release for Smart Date allows for min and max values to be set, potentially using tokens. EvenT Platform should set these to the event dates in the Event Details config page.

Proposed resolution

Use tokens to set min and max values that draw from the Event Details config page camp dates values.
