Problem/Motivation

Sentry JS 7.x is out, it would be nice to create a new release branch of Raven module supporting it.

Proposed resolution

Sentry JS 7.x seems to be compatible with Sentry JS 6.x for the most part, but it's probably a good idea to create a Raven 4.x release branch regardless. The bundle is no longer provided in the NPM package, but we could build it or download from CDN.
