We're behind on a few security patches so we need to go from core 9.2.15 to 9.2.20.

The 9.3.x dev branch is currently putting in the latest version of 9.3 so we don't need to worry about that yet.

Various contrib modules have a few minor releases, but we will upgrade those with the upcoming 9.3.0 release instead.
