Drupal 9 version [#3281933]

Hi James! (Remember us at ComputerMinds? ;-) )

The sites using this module are being upgraded to Drupal 9, so an upgraded replacement is needed. I'll open an issue fork with my proposed changes, but I may as well also offer, would you like me to co-maintain / take over maintainership of this project?

I'm going to follow the process at https://www.drupal.org/docs/develop/managing-a-drupalorg-theme-module-or... to request maintainership. I have no desire to usurp you, but if you're genuinely not maintaining this any more, please can we do so instead?
