Problem/Motivation

Sentry browser SDK allows users to submit feedback to Sentry - we could have a convenient configuration toggle to enable this functionality.

Proposed resolution

I believe we'd have to use the beforeSend callback, meaning it wouldn't be compatible w/ instances that have already set a custom callback.
