Hello, we are currently working on this module until we found something strange, the responsive image style formatter cache does not depend on its file entity, I thought that it makes sense to clear the render cache after invalidating the file entity cache tags.

This issue is being reviewed by the kind folks in Slack, #needs-review-queue-initiative. We are working to keep the size of Needs Review queue [2700+ issues] to around 400 (1 month or less), following Review a patch or merge request as a guide.

MR should be updated for 10.1
Also this will need a test case to show the issue.
