Fix entity browser widget plugin configuration so configuration doesn't not change after install

Problem/Motivation

In Drupal 9.3.0 all config is sorted according the order of the keys in configuration mapping. During config installation it is assumed that key order is correct.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a entity browser entity that uses dropzonejs via the UI.
• Add this configuration to a module or install profile
• Notice the order change if you re-export the config after an installation.

Proposed resolution

Fix things that extend \Drupal\entity_browser\WidgetBase::defaultConfiguration() to ensure submit_text and auto_select come first.
