Allow fake segments removal on hook_breadcrumb_manager_fake_segments_alter()

Problem/Motivation

While altering a fake segment it would be nice being able to totally remove it.

Proposed resolution

In the BreadcrumbManagerBuilder class check if both $title and $url variables are not empty before adding a new link to the $links array
