Fix Media Table and Media Grid view old config after change of schema config by the Views Bulk Operation module

#3247625: Fix admin Content and User Admin People view old config after change of schema config by the Views Bulk Operation module

When we have a number of items less than the limit it's will show the second page without items and the pager is shown.

Steps to reproduce

Given that the Varbase Media module was installed
And having 7 "Gallery" media items
And having 50 "Image" media items
When navigating to the "/admin/content/media"
Then should see the pager at the bottom of the page with "50" as number of items
When filtering "Media type" with "Gallery"
And filtering with "10" as the number of items
And pressed the "Filter" button
And the page was directed to "/admin/content/media?status=All&name=&type=gallery&langcode=All&created_from=&created_to=&items_per_page=10" page
Then should not see any pagers

Given that the Varbase Media module was installed
And having 7 "Gallery" media items
And having 50 "Image" media items
When navigating to the "/admin/content/media-grid"
Then should see the pager at the bottom of the page with "50" as number of items

When filtering "Media type" with "Gallery"
And filtering with "12" as the number of items
And pressed the "Apply filter" button
Then should not see any pagers
