Fix admin Content and User Admin People view old config after change of schema config by the Views Bulk Operation module

Problem/Motivation

When we have a number of items less than the limit it's will show the second page without items and the pager is shown.

Steps to reproduce

Given that the Varbase Admin module was installed
And having 7 "Basic pages"
And having 50 "Blog posts"
When navigating to the "/admin/content"
Then should see the pager at the bottom of the page with "50" as number of items
When filtering with "Content type" sat to "Basic page"
And filtering with "10" as number of items
And pressed the "Filter" button
And the page was directed to "/admin/content?status=All&type=page&title=&langcode=All&created_from=&created_to=&items_per_page=10" page
Then should not see any pagers

Given that the Varbase Admin module was installed

And having 50 "Editors"
When navigating to the "admin/people"
Then should see the pager at the bottom of the page with "50" as number of items
When filtering with "Role" sat to "Content Admin"
And filtering with "10" as number of items
And pressed the "Filter" button
And the page was directed to "/admin/people?user=&status=All&role=content_admin&created_from=&created_to=&items_per_page=10" page
Then we should not see any pagers
