Problem/Motivation

There isn´t a custom permission to access to PDF.js Configuration form, now is used "access administration pages" permission and its so generic.

Proposed resolution

Declare a custom permission to control the access easily.

Really sorry, I realized the "." is sanitized by drupal in the system name of a permission.
