Switch Varbase Workflow to use Entity Definition Update Manager class from vardot/entity-definition-update-manager class library

Problem/Motivation

• Having custom and managed config templates. Which on import to the active config for selected content types or fields.
• Entity definitions need to be auto updated.
• Field definitions need to be auto updated.

But:

Support for automatic entity updates has been removed

Steps to reproduce

Given that on the install of Varbase Workflow modules
When it needs to update entity definitions on install or updates
Then the old namespace was not right and the arguments had changed for Drupal 9
And on updates of Content Moderation Workflow configs

Proposed resolution

• Switch to EntityDefinitionUpdateManager class from Vardot/entity-definition-update-manager
• Run the Entity Definition Update for all needed entities and field definitions on each activation
