Problem/Motivation

In #3239401: Create a Cloudflare Stream Service the file_extensions service was removed and merged this in one service.
But we forgot to check one in the HostedVideoSource.

And fix wrong code for adding the service.

Proposed resolution

Call the correct service.
Fix the code to add service.
