Update the info file with a VERSION string and increment that via a patch to a release ticket (such as this one) every time we do a new release. Once release notes are generated for Drupal.org this ticket can be marked as fixed.

Sector 9.1.6 will also be tagged, but I won't be backporting the info file updates or new versioning.
