Problem/Motivation

When using a formatter that allows multiple sets of augmenters (like Smart Date Recurring) the JS to toggle the visibility of augmenter configuration applies across all sets.

Proposed resolution

Update the JS so the visibility is only changed within the set of the checkbox.
