Problem/Motivation

When I go to the "Texts"-settings screen, a lot of variables are multilangual. If they are not, I can set them to be multilingual in the i18n-settings. But not this field.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the texts-admin (with i18n enabled), en try to make the field Payment message suffix a multilingual field.

Proposed resolution

Make the field available to the variables-api.

This patch adds the hook_variable_info() so the variable will be available to i18n.
